Over the years, we have had the honour of working with many renowned photographers who have explored the length and breadth of the country with us.  Among them, Greg McMillan holds a truly special place … Greg has become one of our favourites to work with … his images narrate stories of people, culture, tradition, and landscape, often bringing together human emotion and the natural world in one compelling frame … most professional photographers tend to judge the success of a trip by the outcome of their images. Greg, however, is different. When asked how his trip went, his response is heartfelt: “I have had a fabulous time and learned so much. After viewing the recent exhibition by Greg McMillan Photography, I was lucky enough to be able to bring two beautiful prints home: Venice Canal & Prague Old Wash Basin. My husband and I were drawn to the impeccable capture of detail and colour in both of these images, the prints sitting in our home and reminding us of travels past and the many stories that make this world such a diverse and beautiful place. Greg certainly has a talent for capturing the essence of a place, a moment .. a feeling. His images are the true definition of ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’ and we are very much looking forward to the next event! Georgie S

I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the beautiful photography exhibition, ‘Near and Far’ by Colleen Mahoney and Greg McMillan in Bendigo recently. The exhibition showcased some wonderful collections of work, each piece reflecting a unique artistic vision and a deep appreciation for beauty, light and perspective.  …. I was also delighted to discover a range of beautifully crafted coasters created by Greg. Their quality and creativity made them impossible to resist, and they now serve as a lovely reminder of the exhibition. This was a thoughtfully curated exhibition that celebrated both creativity and craftsmanship. Congratulations to Colleen and Greg on a truly inspiring display of talent. We really enjoyed Colleen and Greg’s debut gallery. The mix of photography styles, from still and action shots to nature and landscape photography, made the exhibition interesting and enjoyable to explore. There was something different around every corner, and the collection felt thoughtfully put together. We’re looking forward to seeing what they do next. Ash and Sean
